Since 1997, Northern Nevada HOPES has been on the front lines of community health, caring for those with the fewest resources and options, many of whom are living in crisis every day.

Change Point services are free and open to the community, and you do not need to be a HOPES patient to access Change Point services. Free Naloxone distribution - monthly calendar on website, also distributed during outreach, at Change Point Office and Northern Nevada Clinic
