Project red was conceived by ellen wirshup in partnership with the alano club of portland as an initiative to remove barriers to overdose prevention supplies and trainings, with a focus on restaurants, bars, strip clubs, entertainment venues, Community based organizations, workers and artists in Portland, Oregon.

What We Do - Work with bands, artists, venues, businesses and community based organizations to provide narcan to those in need at large scale community events.
